Cleaning of the Apartments: Our apartments are cleaned every 2 days for your convenience. If you prefer more frequent cleaning, please don't hesitate to contact our staff, and we'll be happy to arrange it for you with an extra charged.

Reception Hours: Our reception is open from 8 am to 8 pm, where our friendly staff will be available to assist you with any queries or requests. If you need to check-out after 8 pm, kindly contact us in advance to make suitable arrangements. Similarly, if you require a check-in before 8 am, please get in touch with us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Age Restrictions: To ensure a peaceful and relaxing environment for all our guests, we only allow adults over 18 years old or children accompanied by their parents.

No Parties Allowed: Please note that parties are not allowed in the apartments to maintain a serene atmosphere for all our guests.

Payment Policy: Kindly make the payment for your stay at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
