We want to ensure that your stay with us is as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Please take note of the following important information:

Apartment Cleaning: Our apartments are cleaned every 2 days for your convenience. If you prefer more frequent cleaning, please do not hesitate to contact our team and we will be happy to provide the service for an additional cost.

Reception Hours: Our reception is open from 9am to 6pm, where our team will be available to assist you with any questions or requests. If you need to check in after 8pm, please contact us in advance. Similarly, if you need to check out before 8am, please contact us, and we will do our best to meet your needs. If you require our services outside these hours, please contact us via WhatsApp 351 932 010 002 or 351 218 293 000

Outside the hours of 9am to 6pm, in-person reception service is available at our other hotel, Corpo Santo Lisbon Historical Hotel, located just a 2-minute walk away.

Age Restrictions: To ensure a peaceful and relaxing environment for all our guests, we only allow adults over 18 years of age or children accompanied by adults.

Party Prohibition: Please note that parties are not allowed in the apartments to maintain a serene environment for all our guests.

Payment Policy: Please make payment for your stay at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Tourist Tax: in accordance with Portuguese law, the Lisbon Municipal tax will be charged during your stay.
The tax is €4.00 per adult, per night, and will be charged for a maximum of 7 nights. It does not apply to guests under 12 years of age and will be paid directly at the hotel at check-in.
